Accountancy Recruit have another Part-Time Company Accountant Vacancy for a Longfield based client which is being handled by our South East team

Our well regarded client within their niche sector are looking to recruit a Company Accountant on a part time basis (30 hrs per week). Based from their Head Office in Kent the role will be varied and challenging and you will have the chance to build on your already developed accountancy skills. The duties of the role will include:

• Managing Group Consolidation and inter-company accounts
• Producing monthly management accounts
• Managing Cash flow, including budgeting and forecasting
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Liaising with external accountant at year end
• VAT returns
• Sales ledger and credit control duties, including reconciling accounts
• Purchase ledger duties including processing payments
• Payroll

The ideal candidate will be experienced using Sage, and have excellent Excel skills. You will have a minimum of five years accounting experience where you have operated at a similar level, ideally within an international environment.
We are looking for a very strong communicator who is happy to liaise confidently both internally and externally. You will be a positive individual with a can do attitude and someone who can be relied upon to get involved with every element of your role.
