Terms of engagement for temporary workers
We are Exec Recruit Group with registered office Suite 8, Unit A NJK house, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB1 2EE and associated companies, as defined by the Companies Act 2006.
You are an individual seeking work-finding services, or a representative of a Limited Company through which you provide your services.
We are a business providing work-finding services for persons via the supply of candidates to provide services for our clients that is an Employment Business as defined by the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and the Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 and 2010. Your services will be supplied under a contract for services, the precise terms of which will be supplied prior to commencing an assignment.
You are seeking work and have asked us to locate suitable work for you. Whilst we shall act in good faith at all times, we do not guarantee to find you work, or that any work found shall be suitable for you.
We have also attached the details of a particular vacancy, which outlines the specific type of work, location and pay for that position.

We will pay you for all work completed at regular intervals as confirmed prior to beginning of the assignment (subject to the provision of all required compliance documentation as well as an authorised record of the time completed along with any other documentation, defined in the assignment schedule).
Holiday pay will be dependent on the payment vehicle you select, and confirmed prior to commencing the assignment.
