Accountancy Recruit have another Accounts Senior Vacancy for a Dartford based client which is being handled by our South East team

An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Senior within a well respected Accountancy Practice in North Kent on a Full-Time, Permanent basis. The company requires a hands-on finance professional to manage all aspects of their client portfolio, to help their clients achieve their objectives and grow the Practices market share in the local area.

Key Responsibilities

Qualified Accountant, ACA or ACCA required to manage a portfolio of small and medium sized clients, including budgeting and billing.

To actively assist in Business Development with the aim of increasing the size of the client base of this well respected growing Accountancy Practice.

Meeting prospective clients to ascertain their initial requirements, agree fees for various service (Accounts, Tax, VAT, Bookkeeping, Payroll and ad-hoc work) and agree appropriate service levels.

Liaising with colleagues to ensure cross referral possibilities are maximised and that clienbt work is completed on time and on budget.

Lead year end account review meetings with clients.

Essential Requirements

Must be qualified ACA or ACCA with at least 5 years experience within Accountancy Practice and have taken responsibility for service delivery and billing clients.

Strong interpersonal skills are essential to work with a wide variety of clients, with the drive and passion to thrive in a competitive marketplace.
