Accountancy Recruit have another Group Reporting Manager Vacancy for a Birmingham based client which is being handled by our Midlands team
Our client is looking for an ambitious Group Reporting Manager to form an integral part of their finance team. Heading up a small team of three your remit will be to lead and manage the work load and professional development of your team whilst providing timely and accurate consolidated group accounts for review by the senior management team. This role is ideally suited to someone who has worked within a group reporting structure previously and is passionate about professional development. The duties of the role will include:
- Preparation of the Group statutory accounts
- Ensuring all accounts and annual returns are submitted on time
- Managing the month-end consolidation
- Responsible for inter-company process
- Leading business partnering and encouraging visibility across multiple departments
The ideal candidate will have excellent report writing experience and be comfortable to talk through the reports with senior management. You will be a confident individual who has an all round background within accounts – it is ideally suited to a financial reporting accountant/ financial accountant/finance manager/group accountant looking to take on more responsibility.
