Accountancy Recruit have another Accounts Manager Vacancy for a Bury St Edmunds based client which is being handled by our South East team
Our client, a market leading technology business with a portfolio of loyal customers are looking to recruit an Accounts Manager to assist them through a planned growth phase and beyond. Reporting to the directors your role will be varied and challenging. You will be responsible for:
- Smooth management of the day to day finance of the business
- Bank reconciliation
- Multi-currency reconciliations
- All purchase ledger administration duties including raising and processing invoices and dealing with supplier queries
- All credit control duties including chasing and allocating payments
- Reconciling company credit Cards
- VAT Returns
- HMRC filing
- Processing expenses
- Petty Cash
- Payroll processing including pension calculations and healthcare administration
- Ad hoc business administration
- Preparing reports and schedules for the directors
This is an all-encompassing role that is ideally suited to an experienced bookkeeper/ company accountant/ accounts manager who is looking for autonomy within a position. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with high attention to detail. You will be a strong communicator and have a flexible friendly manner.
