Accountancy Recruit have another Bookkeeper Vacancy for a Sevenoaks based client which is being handled by our South East team

** 18 Month FTC – Part time hours available **

Our client, a professional services firm based in the heart of the city are looking to recruit a bookkeeper/ accounts manager to perform an integral role within the business.  Working within a close knit small team you will take full responsibility for processing the accounts to trial balance and providing management information for the directors as and when required.  The main duties of the role will include:

  • Managing the sales ledger including raising sales invoices, processing credit notes, and chasing overdue payments
  • Process supplier invoices
  • Monthly BACS run
  • Reconciliation of complex Customer statement
  • Reconciliation of all company bank accounts
  • Resolving invoicing queries with client and contractors
  • Processing payroll including administrating timesheet systems
  • Personal and corporation tax compliance
  • Support for month end and year end accounting process
  • General administrative duties

The role is being offered on an 18 month fixed term contract basis, and part time hours would be considered although you would be required to work 5 days per week.  This is a great opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper/accounts manager/accounts assistant/finance manager looking for a new challenge where you will enjoy full autonomy within the role.
