Accountancy Recruit have another Purchase Ledger Clerk job vacancy for a Cambridge based client – handled by our Cambridge team

This project lead utilities business are looking to recruit a purchase ledger clerk to form an integral part of their finance department. Reporting to the finance controller your main remit will be to:

  • Managing the purchase ledger including processing all supplier invoices
  • Reconcile invoices,
  • Post payments
  • Develop excellent working relationships with suppliers.
  • Check and approve expenses
  • Set up supplier payments .
  • Manage a fleet of company vehicles
  • Ad hoc office administration duties

This a well rounded purchase ledger position that would suit a confident and experienced purchase ledger clerk who is looking to gain more exposure at month end. For the right candidate who can demonstrate a willingness to learn there is a real chance to develop this role.
